I had my first appointment at this dental practice recently, and I must say, it was pretty decent. The team was friendly and professional, which instantly put me at ease. They have a modern setup, and everything seemed clean and organised. The dentist I saw was knowledgeable and took the time to address all my concerns without making me feel rushed. I had a bit of an anxious start, but they were very accommodating. My only suggestion would be to improve the waiting time; I was in the waiting area for a while before being seen. However, I can’t fault the care I received, and I’m happy to return for my next visit. Overall, I had a good experience!

I have been a patient at this practice for over three years now, and I can confidently say it has been a positive experience overall. The dentists here are skilled and genuinely care about their patients. During my last visit, I had a routine cleaning, and I was pleasantly surprised by the thoroughness. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and even provided tips for better oral hygiene at home. The hygienist was particularly lovely, making a potentially uncomfortable situation much easier. I also appreciate that they send text reminders for upcoming appointments—super handy! However, I do think there could be improvements in booking appointments, as I've occasionally found it hard to get a convenient time.
